Provision Austin private dining room


The private dining room at Provision includes access to a semi-private patio as well as an independent audio/visual system for music or presentations. Seating is available for up to 54 guests in the private dining room with additional space on the patio. For plated dinners, menu items can be pre-ordered with our events team. Provision can also provide family-style service, passed appetizers, or station service to suit your party.

Pitchfork Pretty Veranda

Known for the soulful tastes of the Hill Country, Pitchfork Pretty offers dishes crafted from the freshest local produce and inspired by Austin’s cosmopolitan sensibilities. With dishes like spicy fried chicken, refreshing east coast oysters, and quality, seasonal ingredients harvested directly from its private garden located only a mile from the restaurant, Pitchfork Pretty is the perfect place for large groups to experience the tastes of Texas with a modern twist.

It’s wraparound, covered veranda offers an intimate and relaxed, refuge tucked away on Austin’s east side. For parties of 8 or more, the restaurant requires preset, family-style menus.

Oseyo private dining room Austin


The Oso Room, Oseyo’s 62-seat private dining event space is a spacious, yet intimate setting with its dark walls, cozy lounge chairs and modern rugs – all of which lend itself to a cool and comfortable vibe that is a welcoming extension of the main dining room. This room is a flexible space that can offer a quiet meeting room, a semi-private space for as few as 15 guests or a completely private venue for parties up to 75 guests with a customizable service style from passed small plates to family-style to buffet service. Oseyo’s also carefully vette entertainment vendors such as DJ’s, Karaoke, and other vendors to help curate a special evening for you and your guests – whatever the occasion.

Eberly Austin

The study at Eberly offers a lush, greenhouse-like setting that can host 32 seated, 40 standing. Shelves are adorned with vintage books from owner John Scott’s late mother’s personal collection. Situated in the center of Eberly, the study offers the lively atmosphere of the Cedar Tavern and dining room while still maintaining privacy, with doors on each side.

The private dining room in Austin at Eberly is located behind the Cedar Tavern bar and can host 16 for seated dinner, 40 lounge seating or 75 standing. This room has a private entrance from outdoors, private restrooms, private bar, dedicated sound system, and DJ capabilities.

Eberly will also be opening their rooftop events space soon for private events.

Kemuri Tatsuya


Kemuri Tatsu-Ya’s Texan and Japanese styles blend together for a rustic and eclectic dining space that can accommodate anywhere from 17-200 guests, with Chef’s Tables available for 9-16 guests. Kemuri Tatsu-Ya’s spacious patio can be utilized in combination with the dining room for seated dinners with up to 100 guests and for drinks and appetizers with up to 200 guests. The carport space adjacent to the patio is also available for private dining.

Italic is a rustic Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Austin. Flour House La Condesa

The Flour House at La Condesa

The Flour House, La Condesa’s subterranean private dining room offers a truly unique experience with separate rooms for both cocktails and family-style dining for up to 20 guests.

Originally built in the 1860’s by the Schneider family as part of a brewery, the Flour House is one of Austin’s secret treasures, landmarked by the Texas Historical Commission. In the heart of downtown and Austin’s bustling 2nd Street District, you can’t go wrong with the vibrant flavors of La Condesa’s modern, Mexican cuisine.

Ladies Brunch at Walton's Fancy & Staple 2


Walton’s secret private room, Hideaway Room, on West 6th seats up to 30 guests. The space is beautiful (lots of light and decorated with plants from Walton’s own collection), and quiet, which makes it perfect for bridal showers and luncheons!

Sway Austin


Sway is one of my favorite spots for date night but the restaurant can get really loud because of the communal seating. Sway’s private dining room seating is ideal for intimate social gatherings. Choose from two types of group dining reservations, both paired with one of the chef’s menus. All reservations require a minimum of 10 guests. Group dining options include brunch, lunch, two chef’s menu options, and Moo Sway.

Chef’s menu: Enjoy a number of favorites from the Sway menu, including freshly shucked oysters, prawn miange, green curry and tiger cry. Lunch and dinner options available.

Moo Sway: Moo Sway is a family-style feast that must be reserved 24 hours in advance and is only available for two groups a day. Moo Sway features an off-the-menu Thai-style pork shoulder, a dozen freshly shucked oysters, jasmine rice and assorted sauces. Moo Sway also comes with an assortment of favorites from the regular menu.

Swift's Attic


Not holding to any particular cooking genre or style, Swift’s Attic instead focuses on the creative, whimsical, and delicious. Swift’s Attic is widely celebrated for their R&D approach – an ever-changing menu of carefully curated American farm-to-table offerings that proudly showcases a melting pot of flavor profiles and influences.

The bar features 14 draft beers, with most sourced locally, in addition to an entire catalog of bottled beers, 24 by-the-glass wines served from a state-of-the-art Cruvinet system, and an innovative craft cocktail program supplemented by an ice tap that pours four ice-cold liquors instantly.

Olamaie has a private room that can be closed off (with a heavy curtain) that can fit 12 guests comfortably. In order to reserve this room, guests must choose a custom preset menu that is coordinated with the chefs.

The Chef’s Table by the kitchen can sit up to 10 guests and the patio table (pictured above) can sit up to 8 guests, both of which do not require a custom set menu.

Guests may also reserve the entire restaurant for larger groups of up to 60.

This recently opened east Austin neighborhood Italian restaurant helmed by Chef Erind Halilaj offers a private dining room for up to 40 guests with the restaurant’s wine cellar spanning the entire sidewall and access to the large oak tree-shaded patio. Groups can gather to enjoy non-regional Italian food and wine in an intimate setting.

Central Standard


An American bar & grill serving up nostalgic classics like grilled chicken, prime rib, and cheese dip, there’s something to please everyone. The pastry program showcases throwback large-format cakes and tarts including tropical cheesecake and devil’s food cake.

With floor-to-ceiling windows, Central Standard’s private dining room can accommodate parties of up to 25 guests. The space adjoins the wine cellar and opens directly to the patio on South Congress Avenue. All parties in the private dining room are paired with a custom chef’s menu.

Mattie's at Green Pastures

Amongst the grounds covered in ancient live oak trees, magnificent white-feathered peacocks roaming the fields, and the subtle scent of biscuits in the air, there lies Mattie’s. Unveiled in spring 2017, Mattie’s is located inside a legendary 19th-century era Victorian Green Pastures estate. With their ample event space, Green Pastures has become a local landmark for hosting exquisite get-togethers featuring event menus curated by Chef Joshua Thomas.

  • The Table Royale – This private dining room is designed for intimate dining and meetings for up to 16 guests and is fully equipped with A/V hardware. This room is approximately 175 square feet and has a private entrance on the mezzanine floor of The House.
  • The Lounge Room – Just atop a beautiful, original staircase lies an ideal room for cocktail parties and small dinners. A seated dinner in the Lounge Room can accommodate 32 guests. The space is 500 square feet with views of the majestic live oaks.
  • Marion Hall – This beautifully lit 2,300 square foot hall features stunning walls of wood doors and windows, which provide abundant natural light by day and warm, ambient light into the evening. The maximum capacity for a seated dinner is 160 guests, and the room can be fitted with a dance floor. It’s perfect for larger private dinners, cocktail parties and large meetings.
  • The Pavilion – Mattie’s offers a 1,200 square foot rain sheltered outdoor space is located just off the south side of The House. The Pavilion offers dedicated climate-controlled restrooms along with seating for up to 80 dinner guests or 100 guests for a reception.
