Toasted S'more Martini Recipe

Toasted s’more martini cocktail with a chocolate-coated graham cracker crusted rim – here’s what you need to make this cocktail at home! With all the glamping I’ve done this summer, I was inspired to recreate the s’more experience at home in a cocktail form.

The season often marks the return of several classic spritzes. However, it is increasingly common to experiment with flavor profiles and ingredient combinations within spritzes, making inventive tweaks to create delicious twists on classics, featuring seasonal or on-trend ingredients.

Swirls of chocolate with a silky chocolate liqueur accented with ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters and a layer of cream in a chilled martini glass with a chocolate-coated graham cracker crusted rim and finished with a toasted marshmallow. This is the ultimate glamping summer cocktail at home!

A Taste of Koko

The highlight of this cocktail is ANGOSTURA cocoa bitters. ANGOSTURA cocoa bitters can be used in a range of summer cocktails, and feature real Trinitario cocoa for an indulgent kick. Just a few dashes breathe island life and amazing flavor into any drink. Regardless of your recipe or components, ANGOSTURA bitters transforms any cocktail!
