Central Standard itself is stunning – everything from the gold icebox filled with fresh seafood to the elegantly designed dining room. The raw bar features oysters, lobster, crudos, other shellfish, and seafood towers. Helmed by Executive Chef Michael Paley, items from the wood-fired hearth include a Berkshire pork chop, grilled swordfish, and 40 oz Rib Chop. Don’t leave without trying Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Rockman’s dessert menu. The coffee and doughnuts was the perfect ending to a delicious meal!
While the seafood tower was the showstopper of the night with raw oysters, clams, and maine lobster, I absolutely died over the uni butter toast. We ordered it three times throughout the night.
