If you are what you eat, then I would be a French fry. If only I could profess my love for fried potatoes, whether thinly sliced, wedges, crinkle-cut, curly, topped with garlic, smothered with cheese, or dipped in housemade aioli.

A restaurant after my heart. Darcy’s Donkey has 12 DIFFERENT KINDS OF FRIES – cheese fries, garlic parmesan truffle fries, loaded fries, buffalo chicken fries, bbq fries, curry chips, fine Irishman fries, the Reuben fries, the Yuppie fries (sweet potato fries), chili cheese tots, Korean fries, and vegetarian fries.
