Boiler Nine

Boiler Nine Bar + Grill, the highly anticipated restaurant concept from Austin-based La Corsha Hospitality Group, officially opens on July 5th at the Seaholm Power Plant across from True Food Kitchen and Trader Joe’s. The 10,000+-square-foot, four-story restaurant is the only public use space located in the historic Seaholm Power Plant. The woodfire-centered menu will be very dynamic and frequently changing.

Boiler Nine features three distinct concepts including:

  • Boiler Nine Bar + Grill – the main restaurant that highlights an open kitchen with a wood-fired grill.
  • Deck Nine Observatory Bar – a rooftop bar that gives expansive views of the city. Opens July 12th at 4 pm.
  • The Boiler Room – a subterranean drinking den located on the lowest level near the original boiler room.

Jason Stevens, Director of Beverage + Bars, has curated cocktail programs that highlight the unique style and feel of each concept. The Boiler Room features cocktails from the ‘60s and ‘70s and a frozen drink menu will be launched on Deck Nine this summer. All three concepts will offer a curated wine list designed by Director of Wine, Paula Rester, that features newer and funky varietals that are all under $90.
