A cocktail bar with a killer food menu? The Townsend is more than just craft cocktails – the bar is serving up a new menu created by Chef Justin Huffman, who was previously at Uchi, Justine’s, and Contigo. The hot chicken, dumplings in a tom yum broth, and french fries with red miso butter were delicious. And the cocktails by Justin Elliott were excellent as usual.
