Prevention Magazine, the world’s most established healthy lifestyle brand, returns to Austin, TX for the 3rd annual Prevention R3 Summit – the premier summit advancing women’s health. The R3 Summit is 1½ days worth of programming created to “revive, refresh & reinvent” featuring main stage panels, hands-on activations, and workshops covering topics ranging from health, beauty, food, nutrition, sleep and happiness.

The Dinner Detective Austin

3M Half Marathon
The 3M Half Marathon is one of Austin’s largest road racing events. The route follows a fast, fun, mostly downhill course through an urban setting. This perennial Austin favorite offers one of the best goodie bags in distance running.

Monkey Town 6

Intro to Painting Florals: Bold Blooms
Learn how to paint bold blooms using gouache paint step-by-step with Sarah Donovan. She will lead you from start to finish on how to create a beautiful and bold floral painting. The finished piece will be a 8×10 and makes a perfect addition to a gallery wall, or a sweet gift for your friend or family member.
All materials for the workshop will be provided and you will leave with a mini set of paint, paint brushes, and extra water color paper so you can continue to create at home!
