Southern Methodist University is home to the George W. Bush Presidential Center, which houses the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum. The library includes more than 70 million items, including printed materials, photographs, audio and video recordings, and artifacts from the Bush presidency. The museum features exhibits on the events of the Bush presidency, including 9/11 and the Iraq War. The museum also houses a replica of the Oval Office and a section of the Berlin Wall. The George W. Bush Presidential Center is open to the public and offers tours and educational programming. Southern Methodist University is an excellent place to visit for those interested in American history and politics.
