Chef Rachel Zierzow, natural foods chef and holistic health coach, will introduce you to delicious Vietnamese Pho!  This pho is nourishing, comforting, and mineral rich. 

Come in from the cold and learn how to make your own pho noodle soup, without MSG or other additives! We’ll make a delicious and mineral-rich homemade vegetable broth with ginger and warming spices, seasonal vegetables, sautéed shiitake mushrooms, and rice noodles.

Vietnamese Pho with Aromatic Vegetable Broth, Shiitake Mushrooms, Seasonal Vegetables, and Rice Noodles. Served with fresh mung bean sprouts, scallions, basil, mint, cilantro, and lime.

Spanish Marcona Almonds and Olives will also be served. Water will be served but wine will be available for an additional fee. All sales of classes are final and are non refundable and cannot be used for future dates. No physical tickets will be mailed, instead a receipt will be emailed after you purchase your ticket, please bring this with you to the class.
