I’ve been keeping my ice pop molds fully stocked in the freezer with boozy pops so anytime a friend or neighbor comes over, I’m like, “champagne poptail?” Fill your freezer with these boozy pops and cheers to 2017 and hello 2018 with these champagne poptails!

IZZE Blackberry

1. FILL ICE POP MOLDS WITH IZZE

Fill your ice pop molds with IZZE® Sparkling Juice Blackberry and IZZE® Sparkling Juice Cherry Lime. I did 6 blackberry pops and 6 cherry lime. Only pour about 60% into each mold because the liquid is going to expand as it freezes.

These are the ice molds that I used for the past 2 years.

2. ADD VODKA OR TEQUILA

Add 1/2 ounce of vodka or tequila (or gin!) to each compartment.

Luxardo cherries

3. ADD BLACKBERRIES AND CHERRIES

Add fresh blackberries to the compartments with Sparking Juice Blackberry and a Luxardo cherry to compartments with Sparking Cherry Lime. Freeze pops overnight.
