Escape to the islands without even leaving your home with this banana coconut rum colada! Piña coladas are practically the official drink of the summer but instead of heavy coconut cream, this recipe uses coconut water to keep it light and refreshing.
Coconut water, Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum, lime juice, and a splash of honey and will have you dreaming of palm trees and waves.
Traveling from the West coast to East coast and then back to the West coast this summer means I’ve had plenty of cocktails. But I always found myself ordering any cocktail with coconut rum. Even pictured here with a pineapple cocktail filled with a coconut cocktail in the Sedona desert in Phoenix!
