East Side Rickey

If you’re already feeling eggnog’d out just thinking about the holidays, but want to celebrate with something other than the typical mulled wine, try this Eastside Rickey Cocktail Recipe!

SEE ALSO: Winter Sangria

Traditionally a summer cocktail but I think the Eastside Rickey is perfect for the holidays. The combination of mint, cucumber, and lime are super refreshing, especially with the heater running full blast during these cold months. My skin is always super dry during this time of the year, and craves anything that’s hydrating! I’ve been loving the DASANI Sparking Waters (available at Walmart!) that come in Lime, Berry, Lemon, Black Cherry in 12 pack of 12 oz cans. Also makes for the perfect mixer because they’re zero calories, unsweetened, zero artificial colors, and caffeine-free. A light and refreshing Eastside Rickey is just the drink to kick off a holiday season in a festive spirit!

East Side Rickey

The Eastside Rickey is really like a modern-day Gimlet, with the addition of mint, cucumber, and lime. This recipe can easily modified into many different cocktails. Swap out gin for rum and it’s a daiquiri, and with tequila it’s a margarita.
