Epicerie Breakfast

Now here’s a delicious reason to get out of bed. Beloved Rosedale neighborhood spot, Épicerie Café & Grocery, is now serving breakfast service! Breakfast includes both savory and sweet items, along with a strong focus on the new coffee program — perfect for those who need that extra push to wake up in the morning. Guests can dine in the airy, cheerful Épicerie dining room, or take it to-go, as all menu items are designed for on-the-run convenience. Breakfast hours will run Wednesday through Saturday, 8 to 11 a.m., with regular brunch service on Sundays.

Owner and executive chef Sarah McIntosh designed her new breakfast menu with all diets in mind, in addition to several gluten-free options (think Cinnamon Almond Toast made with almond meal with coconut yogurt, poached apples and seed granola and Pulled Pork & Brown Rice with fermented kale, soft poached egg and épicerie hot sauce), along with classic a.m. fare that is sure to sustain guests throughout the day.

Épicerie’s new coffee program will now offer three different proprietary blends available for retail: a single origin offering, a French Roast and the Épicerie House Blend, with the House Blend being the only coffee available to order at the restaurant.
