St. Philip Pizza Parlor + Bakeshop is a part pizza parlor, part bakery and part culinary workshop launched by the group behind Uchi restaurants on South Lamar at Sunset Valley. St. Philip, named for the Patron Saint of Pastry Chefs and Bakers, features a beautiful outdoor and indoor space where guests can dine in or take out for lunch, dinner, and brunch, with the bakeshop opening at 7 am.

St. Philip is closed.
9/15/15 UPDATE:
St. Philip’s retail bakeshop will no longer sell baked good. Instead the team will focus solely on the restaurant and will continue to serve lunch, dinner and brunch in the main restaurant and patio. The name will now simply be St. Philip Pizza Parlor.
8/24/15 UPDATE:
Each Sunday and Monday, guests are encouraged to take advantage of all night happy hours beginning at 3 p.m.with $4 bites including pizza pot pie, meatball sliders, fried cauliflower and baked ricotta, in addition to $4 Texas Craft Beers. The happy hours continue throughout the week on Tuesday through Friday, from 3 – 6 p.m.

White Pie with ricotta, garlic, idiazabal, and kale.

Golden Cauliflower
Herbed yogurt, Marcona almonds, and golden raisin.
Burrata Cheese
Burrata cheese, roma tomatoes, and basil.
Brisket Hash
Crispy potatoes with sofrito, cheese curds, and fried eggs.
Mr. Crispy Sandwich
Mr. Crispy sandwich, a croque monsieur with Serrano ham, Parmesan brodo and Gruyère (add a fried egg and “make it a Mrs.”).
S’mores Waffles
Graham cracker waffle, toasted marshmallow, and chocolate gravy.
Soft Serve Ice Cream
