Juliet Ristorante

Zilker Park goers now have a new restaurant to wine and dine on Barton Springs Road! Juliet is Austin’s newest modern and classic Italian restaurant featuring casual dining with a relaxed atmosphere.

From the whitewashed stucco building that hints at a style found throughout the Italian Mediterranean, to the playful brass nameplate and navy and white striped awnings, patrons will discover a light-filled and airy space that is equal parts Italiano Classico and modern Austin. Inside the restaurant, guests will find themselves in the glow of the room’s pearl-like Venetian plaster walls, warm walnut millwork, antiqued brass accents, and cozy leather booths. The restaurant also features an intimate cellar-like room, a statement room available for regular seating and private parties.

Owners Neeca Leitao’s and Dan Wilkin’s vision for Juliet was to elevate Austin’s tradition of casual dining while maintaining the relaxed atmosphere that has come to represent Austin, creating an experience that appeals to the city’s locals and visitors alike. Austin chef Jacob Weaver, most recently of Asti, will be at the helm. His menu will combine modern iterations of traditional favorites like wood-fired pizza, pasta, seafood, cured meats and steak with a rotating selection of daily specials while pastry chef Carly Rosmeissl (recently of Easy Tiger) will create an authentic selection of pastries, desserts and breads. Brandon Fuller (formerly of Café Josie) will serve as Chef de Cuisine and Robert Millican (co-founder of Firehouse Lounge) will round out the impressive team as the Beverage Director.

What To Order: Charcuterie board, and polpo – grilled octopus, fried potato, calabrese-shallot agrodolce, and aioli.

Pro Tip: Order a drink at the bar and grab a seat on the patio!
