Tucked away in Westlake Hills is Trento, a casual fine dining restaurant serving up fresh Italian cuisine with handcrafted pasta, panini’s, slow roasted pork, grilled salmon and chicken Parmesan. Billed as a “new approach to Italian cuisine,” Trento gives the classics a twist with some top-notch ingredients. The restaurant offers inside dining, outside dining, or bar dining, depending on what you’re in the mood for.

Calamari fritti with a spicy tomato sugo. One of the best fried calamari’s I’ve ever had! It’s coasted with a rice flour, which makes it super light and crispy.
