Best Yoga Studios In Austin

Orchard Valley Harvest

I started doing yoga two years and it’s helped me tremendously with stress, lower back pain, and keeping my body healthy!

I use to go yoga sessions with an empty stomach but I would get too hungry and tired. Now I pack my workout bag with snacks like Orchard Valley Harvest versus impulse purchases like chips and candy. Designed with convenience in mind: Orchard Valley Harvest Grab & Go sizes and Multi Packs are perfect for snacking on-the-go and ideal for portion controlled snacking!

With so many fitness studios opening in Austin, I’ve frequented a couple and here are my favorite Austin’s yoga studios to get my zen on. Grab your mat — your brain and your body will thank you.

CorePower Yoga

My favorite class at CorePower Yoga is the heated power yoga with weights and I was thrilled to see that it was offered on ClassPass. If you’re looking for a class that is going to make you sweaty and heart pounding, this is it! Be ready to drop to the ground and do burpees.

If you’re looking to find your inner peace, head to Sukha Yoga for the Sukha Flow class that focuses on transitions and the dance of breath, movement, intention, and presence. From the moment I step into the studio and smell the burning incense and see elephant mural, I feel at zen.
