I love crab. But soft shell crab is even better. And the best place to get it? The Red Snapper Inn at Surfside Beach, Texas. It’s fresh, right from the backyard, light, and flaky. And I’ll be eating lots of it this weekend. And hopefully catching a couple myself and watch Basil get carried off by an army of crabs.
