2013 is officially here and A Taste of Koko has undergone many changes in the past month. For starters, we have officially made the move to Wordpress. After being on the Blogger platform for 2 years, it was time for A Taste of Koko to get a fresh look with new features. We apologize for the dust. It’s not easy moving 250 blog posts with comments and photos! Thanks to massive help from 3 different developers, the website is up and running now. I am still in the process of combing through old blog posts and fixing any errors – please be patient. Unfortunately, individual blog post page counts were lost in the move but A Taste of Koko has hit over a million page views.
I wanted to take this time to personally thank you for visiting my blog and allowing me share my stories with you. A Taste of Koko has transformed tremendously from the time I started it back in college and I look forward to writing and photographing more food porn. Also, thank you to everyone follows A Taste of Koko on Facebook and Twitter, we’ve surpassed the 1000 follower count!

Thank you NBC iVillage for featuring my Baked Salmon!
A low maintenance fish dish, such as a herbed salmon, bakes easily and quickly in the oven, and will provide another choice for your guests. Another bonus? Baked salmon can be served cold, so you can prepare it in advance and pul it out just before you’re ready to eat.
