A Taste of Koko x Define Austin

When DEFINE Body & Mind asked me if I would be interested in hosting a hammock class for my favorite Austin bloggers, I immediately said yes! I’ve been wanting to host more #KOKOhosts events.

We partnered up with Cat Spring Tea, yaupon tea brewers, who provided everyone a reusable bottle of yaupon tea to hydrate after class.

Meet my favorite bloggers & media:

Passport To Friday
The Fresh Find
My Closet Life
The Style Beacon
Claire Zinnecker
Austin Women Magazine
Austin Way Magazine

The hammock class started off with a yoga stretch on the mats before we hopped into our swinging hammocks. Kelsey, our DEFINE instructor, taught us how to sit in the hammock and wrap our legs around fabric before going upside down. It can be challenging if it’s your first time.

The DEFINE mind hammock class focuses on lengthening the spine, improving flexibility, and creating an overall sense of balance. This class is perfect for anyone looking to increase range of motion, improve energy levels, relieve chronic pain, and take their results of strength, length, and balance to the next level.
