Grilled Salmon Tacos with Mango Avocado Salsa
Who doesn’t love tacos? I don’t cook that often anymore but given the chance, quick and easy meals are my go-to. And tacos? Are the easiest to whip up when you’re in a hurry.
Grilling salmon is easy, but if you’re short on time, feel free to pan-sear with butter. And the chunky mango avocado salsa adds a sweet and creamy texture to the delicious salmon! Try to purchase wild salmon versus farmed – it’s more sustainable, healthier and more flavorful.
