Avocado Pineapple Smoothie

St. Patrick’s Day is coming up and Avocados from Mexico wanted to share a delicious treat with my readers. The recipe features a simple, portable, and a healthy alternative to the dairy present in other smoothies. It is literally two ingredients and is a fantastic way for kids to power up with a healthy treat in the morning! One slice of avocado contains one gram of fiber, which helps kids to feel satiated and maintain a healthy weight.
