Join us January 16th for the HOTTEST culinary event of the season … Fork and Flame: A Live Fire Competition!
This ultimate fire-pit competition is a collaboration with Dish’n Dames and Chef Sonya Coté of Eden East to celebrate this all-female line up of fierce chefs, pastry chefs, and master mixologists — while raising funds for Urban Organics, an Eden East Farm non-profit supporting the Farm-to-Table movement.
What can people expect at Fork and Flame?
Doors will open for our VIP crowd at 6pm for a private reception with a VIP chef tasting, signature cocktails, and a Fork and Flame swag bag.
General Admission begins at 7pm. We’ll have music, and plenty of flame-kissed bites, craft cocktails, and of course — the main event — a live fire culinary throw down between 7 teams of 2 fierce chefs each — where only one team will reach culinary glory.
The crowd will get to choose their fan favorite, and there will be plenty of food, drinks, music, and fun from 6pm – 10pm.
