Welcome our new guest chef, Carlos Crusco! Growing up with Argentine parents of Italian and Spanish heritage, Chef Crusco has developed a wealth of knowledge and practice. His travels throughout South America and Europe contribute to his extensive knowledge of culinary art. In this hands-on sauce class, Chef Crusco will explore Latin flavors, as well as share Latin dishes and the sauces that make them unique like orange chile glaze, tomatillo guacamole, salsa folf and chimichurri.
