These long summer days make me want to take the day off early to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine. Let’s take it up a notch and make a DIY white wine spritzer bar and invite the friends over! This wine spritzer bar set up, inspired by this one by Evite, took me less than an hour to put together.

STEP 1. START WITH A BAR CART
To set up a wine spritzer bar, start with a bar cart or small side table.
STEP 2. PREP FRUIT
Wash the fruit and gently dry before arranging in small glasses and bowls. I actually used a coupe glass to put the raspberries on display. Keep mint fresh and perky in a glass of water.
STEP 3. POUR THE WINE!
Use a crisp white wine like Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Sauvignon Blanc that isn’t too sweet and complement summer berries.
STEP 4. DIY WINE SPRITZER
Add as many berries and lemon/limes slices to create your perfect wine spritzer. I like mine with a splash of club soda for that extra bubbly.
STEP 5. CHEERS!
I set aside an extra side table so there’a place to put down wine glasses. See wasn’t that super easy? Totally doable for every weekday and weekend!
