We served these boozy iced lattes at Museum of Donuts and they were a huge hit! Plus, you can easily make these at home for cocktail hour or even replace your morning coffee. All you’ll need is your favorite black coffee, ice, and Chila ‘Orchata. Chila ‘Orchata is Puerto Rican rum, real dairy cream, Tahitian vanilla, and a sprinkle of exotic cinnamon, which I love because it tastes like horchata!

The week before the Museum of Donuts, we had several important meetings of donut and boozy iced latte tasting. During our morning meeting, we each passed around the Chila ‘Orchata bottle and poured a little into our morning coffee and there was a moment of silence followed by “ohhhh… that’s good.”

Your morning coffee will never be the same again.

Chila 'Orchata

I love my morning coffee and I love coffee cocktails. You can use any black coffee – we used local Austin Chameleon Cold-Brew at the Museum of Donuts. I’ve also been loving Chameleon Cold-Brew’s new cold-brew pods. Just pop into the fridge overnight and you have cold-brew ready to-go in the morning!

You’ve seen Chila ‘Orchata on the blog before because I made a Valentine’s martini cocktail recipe earlier this year that’s soo good.

That’s it?! Yep, it’s SO easy that I’m almost embarrassed to share this boozy iced latte in my coffee cocktails collection.
