Ever since I installed hardwood flooring it’s been a nightmare keeping it clean. You see every speck and you feel every speck. When I started fostering 4 kittens from the Austin Animal Shelter, kitty litter was everywhere. I would use this handheld vacuum to spot clean every 2 hours. Hunched over every day for weeks with the little vacuum driving me crazy and giving my back pain.
Introducing bObsweep bObi, the robot vacuum that changed my life. It took about 10 minutes to unbox bObi and get her set up. Within an hour she cleaned up all the kitty litter, food scraps, and miscellaneous bits on my floor. The sun was shining and the bird were singing. Exaggeration? Probably, but that’s seriously how I felt.
bObi has been keeping my floors clean and dust free for the past couple of weeks and I seriously couldn’t live without her. Plus, she provides entertainment for Basil and the 4 kittens. I’ve seen them catch a ride on her across the floor.
MARCH 2018 UPDATE
It’s been 3 years since I’ve had my original bObi and she’s still running but I’ve moved her to my parent’s house! It’s still a headache to clean up around the house so we’ve upgraded to the bObsweep PetHair Plus Robotic Vacuum Cleaner and Mop to pick up the mulch that Basil tracks in from outside and the litter and cat hair from Beethoven.

Pet friendly
I’ve been fostering 4 kittens who love making a mess of their cat litter. It’s a NIGHTMARE. The cat litter is everywhere in the house and it makes me cringe when I walk across my hardwood flooring. The kittens also love digging the dirt out of my plants. Luckily Basil doesn’t shed but as you can imagine I am constantly vacuuming. bObi has made my life so much easier by easily cleaning up all the messes!

Not only is bObi a vacuum cleaner, she also sweeps and mops. bObi’s UV sterilization kills bacteria, and her HEPA air filtration helps purify my home as she cleans.
Touch screen & wireless
The easy-to-use touchscreen has three options: go, juice, and waffle. It took me about 10 minutes to breeze through the user manual and set everything up. bObi’s wireless remote allows you to set an automatic cleaning schedule and help steer bObi while she cleans.
Even the corners
Even my main vacuum cleaner missed the corners and I have to go back with my handheld vaccum cleaner to clean up the corners and edges of my home. bObi has a side brush that helps sweep out any debris that may be hiding. Because bObi is super compact, she can also get under my IKEA Besta cabinets!

Self sufficient
I can schedule bObi to start cleaning first thing when I wake up in the morning with her remote before heading downstairs. By the time I’m done with my shower and getting dressed, she’s already finished cleaning the floor! When bObi is low on batteries, she’ll even park herself back onto her charging dock.
Super easy to clean
Emptying bObi’s bin into the trash can only takes a couple of seconds and her mopping pads are machine-washable.
Peace of mind
I can finally sit back and do work on my laptop while bObi helps me clean!
