Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches In Dallas

Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich

Mozart’s Bakery

Mozart’s is a cute boutique bake shop that serves Korean pastries, baked breads, birthday cakes, cakes by the slice, mochi, shaved ice, bubble tea, coffee, individually packaged macarons, and macaron ice cream sandwiches. I always pick up a couple of pastries when I stop in! The macaron ice cream sandwiches come in different colored macaron cookies and ice cream flavors.

Cafe Brown Sugar

Located in the same complex, Cafe Brown Sugar also serves the same macaron ice cream sandwiches along with Japanese ice cream honey butter toast, ice cream waffles, shaved ice (patbingsu), cakes, and pastries. The pastries at Mozart’s are more grab and go, whereas Cafe Brown Sugar is more of a sit down place.

Joy Macaron

The guava and coconut macaron ice cream at Joy Macaron is heaven, and my favorite of the bunch! JOY Macarons is a speciality bakery in Dallas that handcrafts French macarons daily and macaron ice cream sandwiches. Choose from guava and coconut, pear, and more! There’s a beautiful glass display case at the counter of all the colorful flavors they offer like violet-black currant, rose-lychee and honey-lavender, plus salted caramel, Italian cream, and chocolate chip. Joy Macaron also creates macaron towers for weddings and special events.
