Pina Colada Popsicles

Cheers to my very first popsicle recipe and many more to come. How did it take me SO long to try making popsicles at home!? They’re SUPER easy. Pick your favorite ingredients, blend, pour, freeze, and enjoy.

I’ve been obsessed with pineapples – they double as a tropical decor and a sweet snack. Paired with Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk, it’s just like a Piña Colada!

You only need two ingredients for these Piña Colada Popsicles: pineapple and Almondmilk Coconutmilk, or your favorite almond milk. I used fresh pineapple (it’s super sweet right now) but you can also use frozen pineapple chunks.

These popsicles are more icy than creamy. If you like creamier popsicles, just add coconut cream and blend with a blender.

I used the Zoku classic pop molds, the assembly and freezing process was pretty simple with minimal clean up. The plastic sticks are reusable so you don’t have to purchase wood sticks.
