the secret is starting with a high-quality cut — these are @omahasteaks center cut pork chops, premium top loin, cut nice and thick. flash-frozen at peak, individually portioned, ready whenever you need them (aka the nights I don’t feel like thinking about dinner).

here’s how I make them:
🥩 marinade (5 min to mix, then let it sit at least an hour — overnight’s even better): honey, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, shallot, ginger, sesame oil

🔥 grill medium-high, 3–4 min a side, with whole green onions right next to them. just look at those char marks — a little spicy, a little sweet, super juicy, and super tender thanks to that premium top loin cut.

🥬 slice against the grain + build the wrap: lettuce cup, pork, kimchi, cucumber salad, grilled scallions, sesame seeds. rice on the side.
