  1. Fill Collins glass 3/4 full of crushed ice.
  2. Pour champagne into glass until 2/3 full.
  3. Add 2 oz of Aperol using jigger.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Use bar spoon to stir.
  6. Garnish with orange twist and other spooky ingredients.
