I’m not a big beverage drinker but I really should be. Especially with this hot Texas weather, it’s easy to become dehydrated. Headaches, dizziness, and fainting are the first signs you need to fill your body with fluids. I was excited when I contacted by Resource Natural Spring Water to try out their newly launched spring water. Perfect time to share some tips for drinking more water!

How to drink more water
Carry a water bottle with you. Whether it be a simple plastic bottle or a fancy recyclable bottle, having water near by makes it convenient to rehydrate.
Make it a morning ritual. Many of us wake up dehydrated. Stuffy nose and dry throat? The first thing I do in the morning is drink a glass of water. Keep a bottle next to your bed for convenience.
Drink during, before, and between meals. This will help you curb your hunger so you consume fewer calories and enjoy your meal without overeating. And if you’re at a restaurant, water is free! I’m a sucker for water that’s served in pretty bottles. Makes it taste even more refreshing.
Flavored water. Give plain water a lift by flavouring it. Place slices of green apple and mint leaves, raspberries, or lemon in the water an hour before your guests are due to arrive so it will have just a hint of flavour. Place on the table so everyone can help themselves.
