To celebrate the launch of Adelante’s new in house CBD installation featuring locally owned, Fine Healing Goods, Adelante is hosting CBD Yoga and live podcast on Saturday, July 27th at 9 am. 

The event includes a 45 min Yoga class led by Julie Westervelt, founder of Sleep Crown, followed by a recording with Moms On the Loose Podcast with Fine Healing Goods Founder, Rachel Daugherty. 

Before yoga, you will be able to sample CBD Wellness Drops to help you chill. After the practice and during the podcast, enjoy Fine Healing Goods CBD samples, a complimentary CBD mocktail by jugo austin and light snacks by FitJoy! SleepCrown will also be popping up so you can learn the secrets of sleep while trying out their luxe pillow!
