Veneto Region Wine Dinner at Andiamo Ristorante

Come away with Andiamo to northeastern Italy! Professional Sommelier, PierGiorgio Manna, will be taking diners on a culinary journey of the Italian Region of Veneto. Dinner includes a four course prix fixe menu as follows:

First course- Calamari Ripieni (Stuffed Calamari) paired with Terregaie Prosecco Brut

Second course- Pasticcio al radicchio (Radicchio casserole) paired with Ca’ del Monte, Ripasso Valpolicella

Third Course- Stinco di maiale arrosto con patate (Braised Pork shank with potatoes) paired with Paladin, Malbec Gli Aceri

Fourth Course- Housemade Tiramisu paired with Baci Dolci
