Join us for a very special Mediterranean cooking class with Sommelier and Chef Pier Giorgio Manna! Pier Giorgio Manna has been involved in the restaurant business since 1964. He has owned and operated several restaurants in northern Italy, for approximately 25 years. He is also a certified Professional Sommelier. 

Pier will take you on a journey through Italy with the following dishes:

-Mixed Olive Stew

-Egg Pappardelle alla Bolognese

This menu will be accompanied with two glasses of special wines chosen by Pier and marcona almonds & olives. This class is a demonstration class and attendees will enjoy eating all of the delicious dishes while learning about the history of the food, and the wine!
