Bean to Bar Chocolate Making Workshop

Participants will make chocolate from bean to bar with SRSLY chocolate’s owner and chocolate maker, Bob Williamson. The workshop will go over all aspects of chocolate making. From sorting, cracking, winnowing and grinding cocoa beans to tempering and molding stone ground chocolate, this class does it all! Participants then get to hand craft and customize their own chocolate bars! Tickets are $50.
