DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday, January 29, celebrate the launch of Fairmont Austin, Desert Door Sotol, and Vista Brewing’s new series, Desert Skies, with a special dinner menu curated by Garrison Chef de Cuisine Jordan Sanchez. The Desert Skies partnership, which was formed this past spring, features beer aged in freshly-used Sotol barrels. The meal will be paired with Vista Brewing beers and Desert Door cocktails crafted and selected by Fairmont Austin Beverage Director Andrew Grenz. Pairings will include the first from the Desert Skies series as well as aged Desert Door Sotol.\nReservations for the dinner can be made HERE and are $70 per person plus an additional $45 with pairings. Menu items will include dishes such as snapper crudo, short rib agnolotti, and roast lamb. Meal pairings will feature horchata milk punch, Vista Brewing’s Le Saison and Glen Rose brews, and Desert Door Sotol.\n
